battery stuck in vibrator! help!!

So I've had this vibrator for a bit over a year and it generally works really well, but the battery in it is dead and I can't seem to get it out. I can get it up to the edge but I can't get it to poke out. I've been shaking it trying to force it down for almost two hours and it just won't budge!
