things to avoid?
Any other women feeling overwhelmed with all the do's and donts? I feel like everyday I learn about some food I can eat or some activity I can't do. I've already messed up, for instance today I read I can't have Ceasar dressing, or mayo, or Deli salads like Cole slaw and potato salad (all because of listeria)
How are you ladies staying organized with what you can and can't do? I feel like I'm going to forget something and mess up.
