TriWest Insurance! I hate you!

I am a veteran and go through the VA (then outsourced to Triwest) for my pregnancy and it has been such a headache for them to authorize and schedule me for any type of appointment. They tell me not to stress but then take 3 weeks for them to authorize and schedule my anatomy scan! Ugh, I haaaate the VA/ Triwest insurance hospital system. Nothing is ever taken care of in a timely manner. You have to jump through hoops for everything! I am still getting bills for a prior surgery that the VA outsourced me to triwest to have and it's been over a year and the bills still aren't paid! It's like the VA and Triwest don't even know how to work their own system. I am dreading all the bills I am going to get for this pregnancy, that I shouldn't be getting to begin with! Sigh.... I had to vent. 😪😪😪
