breastfeeding? something I wish I had done before baby arrived
My husband and I talked about me attending a breastfeeding class before baby arrived, but I never got around to that one. I wish I had done something, maybe even an appointment with a Lactation consultant. It was overwhelming and frankly depressing trying to deal with latch issues. There was a debate about using a nipple shield and if my nipples were flat, flat-ish, or fine.
It would have been great to have an hour with someone to form a plan of attack
