High Progesterone at 7 weeks...

Hey ladies! After three heartbreaking miscarriages, I am finally staying pregnant with my rainbow baby!!!  So based upon my LMP, I am 7 weeks and 3 days! Tomorrow is my first OB apt and ultrasound!!! I am so excited! But, my fertility specialist has already been monitoring me for three weeks! Yesterday's blood work values are in and my progesterone is now 130.2!!! What does this mean? I know it's good but might I be having multiples? I am almost 36 and twins run on my husbands side! TIA!!!
