The first appointment...

So, my 1st appointment went pretty alright. Although baby measured 6w 1d instead of 7w3d. But baby had a strong heart beat. We got pics and when I heard my baby's heartbeat I wanted to cry. Before we got to hear and see baby, I got a lecture from the doctor. My BP was 220/140 so after the appointment she made me go right over to the er. They monitored me for a while then gave me some meds a d finally let me go home. Doctors will be following my pregnancy journey very closely. But it was great to hear his/her heartbeat and get lil pics of my jelly bean.
