*Rant* Worst day ever

Woke up at 9 to my son burning up, hot to the touch. I didn't waste any time, to a rectal temp. It was 103.8. So I rushed us to the er.we get there and his fever is still 102.6 but he is acting normal. They give him a huge dose if Tylenol, 5 ml. The most he's ever had is 2.5 ml. Then they take him for a chest xray. The doc didn't knew that I wanted to be a radiology tech at one time so he tells me it looks perfect. We leave and schedule an appointment with his primary care physician. At 1:50. Then, we rush to the county clerk/recorder to sign or marriage certificate. We get to his appointment and they refuse to let me look at his xray, but give me a printout summary thinking I can't interpret it. They say that even though his fever is super high, it's probably just a reaction to the vaccines from yesterday. Then, I go to my primary care with no appointment. Yesterday my breast on the right was getting engorged and I couldn't drain it. I tried hand expression, different nursing positions, heating pad, massage. Nothing. So I talk to a doctor I don't normally see because mine is booked out for the day. I get a pregnancy test, which was negative. And a prescription for Keflex that I'm only supposed to refill if I get full on mastitis. She says she didn't know anything else to help the clogged duct. I go home with my son screaming the whole way (he's only 4 months old, totally not his fault). Then I sit down to look at his xray summary. Basically, he's not breathing in as much air as he should be and he has a thickening of his bronchi (air ducts if you will) that look a bit like bronchitis but since there isn't any fluids yet it can't be labeled as that. He also had irritated lungs and what was basically gas bubbles. Then I get home exhausted and realize as I'm writing this that it's only 845. God I'm so tired. ...worst day ever.
