bleeding like a period after rough sex?

I'm bleeding out of my vagina quite a bit and continuously, it's almost enough blood to resemble a period but i don't have any clotting or cramps and my period isn't for another 10 days. Also I know I'm not pregnant. I had rough sex on Saturday ( today is Tuesday night) and that's when it started. I know rough sex can cause spotting but this is a lot more than spotting and it's been 3 days! I went to the doctor and they said the urinalysis came back and I do not have a UTI either, I'm wondering if I tore something? But apart from being sore from the rough sex everything looks normal. Should I wait it out ?
