Has anyone in/during their third trimester been throwing up bloody mucus ?! I was laying down and I felt like I couldn't breathe and started getting really bad heartburn, so when I lifted up my stomach began to be brick hard as soon as I got in the restroom I started to vomit my dinner accompanied by a extreme amount of bloody mucus like I've never seen before. Is this a sign of labor coming ? Baby is moving around a lot so I'm not extremely worried but I want to know if it's happened to anyone else ?
