AF in your 30s
For me AF and the run up to her arrival has changed over the past year or so, or maybe I'm just more conscious of her behaviour now we're ttc.
I get really sore breasts, spots on my chin, bloating, nausea and light cramping from cd23 to cd27 and then poof - nothing! Until AF arrives unannounced anytime between cd30 or cd34!
Does anyone else have this or similar?
