small fleshy bump on inner thigh

Hello everyone I have a really weird question 😬 so I've had his flesh like bump on my inner thigh for a while, I don't remember when I first noticed it. I always just assumed it was a skin tag but now I'm being really paranoid about it because I noticed 2 smaller ones near it last night, and I'm not sure if they were there before because I never really looked. Has anyone ever had this??? Is this something I should be worried about?
