I wouldn't risk it. There hasn't been enough research done about the possible side effects of vaping.

With nicotine is dangerous for your baby.
Without nicotine....depends. make sure you know what's in the e-juice, certain ingredients are bad. But if you get a basic e-juice based on PG (I wouldn't do VG simply because it's got so little research), it should be relatively safe.
I honestly wouldn't at all, because there isn't any long time studies on its effects. But if you do, no nicotine and PG based e-juice is the way to go.
