Missed Miscarriage With Twins

How can life be so cruel. Went today and saw our twins had stopped growing. To lose both babies is truly heartbreaking. I guess the next step now is to schedule a D&C. It's not fair to me to continue to feel pregnant, and have a magnitude of  symptoms for nothing. We were planning a Christmas announcement, and know we'll be having a Thanksgiving D&C. Prayers are needed.
