I haven't even graduated from pregnancy yet so I can't comment personally but I do know someone who held onto weight while breast feeding and dropped it all after weening. Her doctor said it was likely due to her body's reaction to the hormones released while breast feeding so that might be the case for you as well.

I'm with you. My first two I only breast fed for 6 weeks and lost all the weight so fast. This time around I am breastfeeding at 4 months and just gained three more pounds. Lol I am so hungry all the time I swear I eat all day long. I'm hoping once I stop the last 15 pounds will come off. But for now I'm ok with it! Lol
