freaking out :(

Hey mamas! I have a 3 week old baby girl and we are ebf but she has always only nursed for maybe 5-10 minutes on one boob and then wil be burped and won't want to nurse any more! She only takes 20-40 minute naps during the day and I am at my wits end with this demand :( when she's upset she will try to latch and the rip herself off my breast. My mother in law and father in law told me I should switch to formula but the pediatrician said that she had no concerns and that I just had a lot of milk supply so that could be why she is removing herself from the boob. Anyone else have any advice or experience this with your babies??
