spinal block during csection dropping blood pressure?

I had 2 csection shut am terrified of my 3rd coming up, I was reading online..I know bad idea that the spinal can drop your blood pressure so much you can go into cardiac arrest.. I'm freaking out I need positive stories please, has anyone's blood pressure dropped really bad but didn't loose consciousness. How many csection shave you had? Anything! With both of mines my blood pressure dropped a lot.. I have my scheduled csection in just 6 days...
