I don't have a true birth plan but I did tell my doctor I want to delay clamping the cord. She said she will if the baby comes before 35 weeks but there aren't any real benefits in the baby is 36 or more. So I told her regardless I want her to delay. I was mad she really tried to sway me saying the flow will reverse and it won't be any point to delay but ultimately agreeing it's my plan. Has anyone heard of this issue if the baby is considered full term vs not full term?
