Late?? Why

I'm 4 days late today. Yesterday I took this test. Today I feel like I'm cramping, but no blood yet. I've also had like an upset bloated stomach for days. Am I overthinking it? I might be stressing about it and I know that can mess you up.

I skip periods all the time and my schedule is never on track. I think that stuff happens every once and a while. There's been months where I didn't even have my period. I would just calm down and wait for it to happen
