rash or baby acne?

My LO started getting acne bumps on her face a few days ago a few patches on one side and each day It seems to be getting worse. It's on her ears, neck, shoulders and all over her face ( even her eyelids, and in to her hairline). I have been using the same detergent and bath products... She is breastfed!  Help!

I literally just went through this with my little one last week. I was putting breastmilk on her face at first, but it got worse and I felt like maybe she had some kind of allergy to breastmilk. The acne wasn't just on her cheeks but around her eyes and they were getting swollen so I rushed her to after hours and they did confirm it was baby acne, and advised me to get BABY CETAPHIL and wash her face with it in the morning and at night. It cleared up after a week, thank God.

Put breast milk on it! My peanut had a couple patches  two days ago and after putting milk on it, she has two spots left. :)

Looks like baby acne to me. My first had it for about three months, and she was also breastfed. Worse case scenario, you can't always check with your pediatrician just to be safe.
