Am I being dramatic?

Question

Last night my partner and I were mucking around and I went to step back and fell over his foot, landing on my butt. I felt pain up my left side. Wasn't a big fall. 
My question is should I be worried it may have hurt bubba? I'm 21 weeks this week. 
Havnt felt any movement yet and it's the next morning. 
Feel like booking a doctors appointment because I know if I don't I'll be paranoid about it. But don't want to be too drastic.
This is my first baby.

Drink something cold and sugary then laydown and see if you feel any movement.

I've always been told you should talk to your OB after a fall every time while pregnant, because of the risk of blood clots, etc. They know what kinds of falls are more risky and they can tell you if they want you to come in!

My doc said a fall=a visit. Definitely call your doc to see what they say, it could be nothing but it's ok to play it safe.
