Short nailsss:(

So I'm 15 and I've pretty much bitten my finger nails all my life, I've tried many many times to stop doing it, and I think I've cracked it now:) but I was just wondering if their were any ways to make them grow quicker? Any advice on nails would be lovely, thankyouuuuu😋
