I once was 4 days late and tested negative. It'd your hormones. I was stressed so my period was off. I also once was a week late and tested positive but wasn't pregnant.

It's more likely to get a false negative than a false positive, but I'm no professional you should see what your doctor says

There is a faint line line on the pregnancy test if you look closely. Take another one!

This could be caused by many things such as stress, I've been late for my period a few times and freaked out but later on got my period. I still got a blood test to see if the test was wrong but it wasn't and I guess it was caused by something else. Just double check with a blood test at the doctors !!
