Who has had a gender ultrasound between 14 & 15 weeks and it be correct?

I am going to have an elective gender scan between 14weeks and a few days. The lady said they are usually able to tell in most cases and was really optimistic. But I am starting to wonder if I should have scheduled it later.

The later you find out the better. Yea they have a chance of being right but at 13 weeks my baby looked 100% like a boy but... Guess who is 200% a girl? There's so much time for that to change. I'd wait for the anatomy scan if I were you

I should add: I am still having an anatomy ultrasound around 20 weeks. My doc has a strict no kids rule. So my daughter and my husband will not be able to go. I scheduled with this elective place so they could enjoy with finding out the gender as well. I think we will just keep it to ourselves and not tell anyone until anatomy scan confirms or contradicts the elective.
