common yeast infection?!

Hey ladies! Just curing yet another yeast infection :( it seems like the way that I'm shaped just makes not getting a yeast infection after sex like- impossible? I take herbs- d mannose and Oregon grape--- Oregon grape seems especially helpful at flushing things out keeping my bladder safe but uh- do I have to go to such extremes now as trying to cut down to a nearly entirely sugar free diet? Or what? Any advice??!
