in pain

The other day I went to the doctors with high temp, shiver, sweats, dizziness and sickness and he told me a sevre uti but it's affecting my kidney if I get worse contact him m. Today I did due to more pain and sweats and sickness he sent me to AnE and they sent me me home saying carry in with the antiobiitic- I'm in agony and sweaty
