Yeast infections😥

I'm 6 months pp and have had 3 yeast infections since giving birth. I used to get them fairly often 3 years ago and I started using Vagisil PH and stopped getting them until having my baby. I have no idea what could be causing it or what I can do to prevent it? Help please!

And yes I'm going to make a doctors appointment if I get another one after the one I'm treating right now just would like to know if anyone had a similar experience and if they were able to stop them
