POLL QUESTION:

Does being generally attractive mean you have a better opportunity of being successful in life?

The whole, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" isn't an option. Because when it comes down to it... society has "beautiful people" and "generally unattractive people". Whether you fit the mindset norm or not.

But take in to consideration how things lead in to each other. Social opportunity, friendships, relationships, being hired at certain jobs, etc.

I am asking this because I am going to be an attorney. And a friend is starting real estate. I mentioned I wanted to lose some weight because I feel like I'll sell better. I'm in management at Men's Wearhouse and this rings true every day. Generally attractive women sell better than anyone else in the store. Or really the company.

Thoughts on this? Or other things relating?
