So I've always been confident in my body by a few weeks ago a found out I was pregnant and we were super excited. Then I had a miscarriage. Now I feel so fat and ugly. In highshool I was 120 and now I'm 19 and I weigh 141. I'm 5'4" and I want to lose the weight like right now. Is running the quickest way to lose weight?? And does it seem like too much to want to lose the 20 extra pounds?? I've never had this issue before and I'm not sure if I'm being unhealthy by wanting to suddenly lose this weight.
