Opinions please! Please resond.

Last month my period was very light, I didn't need a tampon at all which is very weird for me. Then two weeks ago I had spotting that was brown and very scant. Also for the past 2 weeks I have had very loose stools. Sorry TMI. I got a faint positive 2 weeks ago and now my tests are negative so I'm sure that was a false positive. But I am now two days late for my period and it is always on time. I also have no signs of my period coming like i normally do. I would love to hear opinions on what might be going on. Also on if I am out for this month yet.
