sore boobs are a sign of?????

I've had sore boobs now for 3 days. They kill when I take my bra off.. but they hurt more if I touch the sides.

I'm Positive I ovulated on the 11th of this month.

I've had pink spotting on the 12th mixed with ewcm.

And little bit of pink blood/ ewcm on the 16th.(covered the tp)

What do you think?

Sometimes my boobs like to get sore for no reason. (I think it's cause I never let them free lol) and they get mad at me for it.
