primrose oil???

I'm 38w3d and I heard/ read that taking and or inserting it in you can bring on labor ?! 
How many of you done it or tried it? Or even recommend it?

I tried it , it softens your cervix

It doesn't bring on labor. It helps your cervix to soften so it can dilate easier. I started taking it orally at 34 weeks and will start inserting it vaginally around 37-38 weeks.
