period question!

Hey ladies! I have a question about my period. This month it was a few days late, and I just attributed that to the fact that I am trying to get healthier and have changed my diet. It has also been considerably lighter than I'm used to. It's usually really heavy for 2 days near the beginning of it, and I'm two days in now and it's been really light. Is this happening because of the diet change, or is something wrong with me? Haha or maybe possibly does this just happen sometimes and I got off easy?😬 thanks for your help!
