Sorry for the long post in advance. So, I went to the Dr. October 17 because I wasn't feeling well and they did a pregnancy test and it was positive. I took several tests at home over the past couple of weeks all positive. I have had absolutely no cramping or abdominal pain and I have had no bleeding whatsoever. I went to my first ob appointment today and there was nothing on the ultrasound and my hcg level was 120. What could this mean?! I'm so confused.
