Bad Day... is this normal?

I've had a very rough 2 days! I'm 16 weeks and I figured it had to do with the growing! But I've just been so achey. Yesterday when I sneezed I peed myself🙄 TWICE!!! Has that ever happened to anyone this early in their pregnancy??

After my husband and I finished having sex I was still ontop of him with him still inside and I sneezed and peed all over his groin and stomach 😂

Yeah I think it happens to most lol try doing 3 sets of 10 kegels a day to strengthen your pelvic floor
