Alright guys, the past month I've had some pain in my ribs. Now I'm to the point where I'm in constant pain in my ribs and even my sternum. Ribs feel bruised and there's a stabbing feeling in my sternum. I'm told its normal and I'm sure it is but I can't find anything that will relieve the pain. I can't put much heat on it because of how close the baby is to the area and I don't see how ice will help either. I won't take Tylenol for it either because I don't want to constantly take pills for the rest of this pregnancy. Anybody have any advice? Or am I stuck like this until baby comes?
