Pumping question
I'm exclusively pumping and I'm a little confused. The lactation consultant in the hospital told me to pump for 20 minutes "until empty", now that my supply is coming in, I'm not empty until I've pumped an hour... I don't want to damage my breast, but I want to keep my supply up... so which is it? 20 minutes or until empty?
