Hi I'm 6+4 and don't really have any symptoms, a bit of bloating and sore boobs but that's it. I don't really feel pregnant and most of the time I forget I am. We had a miscarriage in March at 10.5 weeks so wanted to book an early scan to see the heartbeat. I'm very anxious that the sac will be empty or they won't find a heartbeat. Has anyone had no/little symptoms but had a positive early scan? Thanks x
