Would you give your child marijuana if you didn't believe in medicine?

If you and your spouse didn't believe in prescription/OTC medicine ( Parents do marijuana for pain, depression, etc.) would you give your young child ( 3 - 15) marijuana?

Before you start to get hateful and bash me, no I am not giving my children marijuana. I was thinking about the dad who got in trouble for giving his child with cancer marijuana. Also, many people that I know told me that if their child was depressed/migraine/whatever would give it to their child.

excuse the language but FUCK YES. People automatically assume when a parent goes to that resort that those children are getting high, they're not. CBD oils are amazing and complete life savers for children AND adults. I would rather for myself or my child go the route of oils than shove chemicals into my body. But to each their own.

If it were prescribed by a doctor, I would. I don't use it, myself, so otherwise I absolutely wouldn't. There are ramifications on brain development that aren't well studied yet, so I wouldn't unless medically necessary and supported by a physician.

I would if the doctor prescribed it or recommended it. I know it's not legal everywhere but that's the only way I would do it. I'm not a doctor and don't claim to be so I would never make the decision to just give my child something like that on my own.

If my child had cancer then I would source the oils to give to them. I'm not a mother yet but I know I would do anything for my child and after all the stories you hear about cannabis oil I would try everything in the world xx

Prescription drugs have so many risks and side effects. For the life of me I can't understand how someone can be fine taking those but think Marijuana is so dangerous.

I trust modern medicine and i really hope more research will be done into medicinal marijuana. In the mean time, i know cannibis oil was the only think that relieved my moms pain when she had sinus cancer. Morphine made her throw ul which was incredibly painful because she had radiation burns in ther mouth and throat. But cannabis dulled her edges off the pain enough that she didnt need to take it. She was still in an incredible amount of pain, but the cannabis oil helped and i am so grateful for that. So it would depend on the circumstances and i would do it with the help of a doctor. I think that is especially important with children since their bodies are still developing and they are so sensitive.

Of course and people need to understand the forms in which you give it to your child. No ones handing a kid a blunt. Most people use oils so no ones just getting their kid high.
