implantation bleeding or period

Hello , I need some advise I'm suppose to get my period on 11/21 but last night 11/16 i started spotting it's a brown reddish scanty color it's not a lot for a pad and it's noticeable when I wipe symptoms I have is some mild cramping sore boobs and bloating not sure if its my period that came early or if it's implantation bleeding and yes I did have unprotected sex what do you ladies think .... thank you 😊
