Confused
I'm on day 54 of my cycle and AF was due 10/25. This is my fourth test all negative. I've been having food cravings, can't sleep but then sleep a crazy amount, back pains, discomfort while having sex and countless more symptoms that would led you to believe you're pregnant. Has anyone else had this situation or know what could possibly be going on?
UPDATE!!
I started my period today with the worst cramps and back pain! Excruciating pain and heavy bleeding
