the brewer diet
Hey. So I'm 18 weeks pregnant with baby #3 and have been researching healthiest diet for baby and mom and I keep coming across the brewers diet. From what I understand it focuses on protein, veggies, fruit and water and limits sugar and grains. Has anyone done this? Notice a difference? My eating has not been great mainly due to nausea and am just kind of getting in snack food not really good meals. If you do or have done something along these guidelines please give an example of what you eat on a typical day. Please don't tell me to speak with a nutritionist, my insurance is horrible and that's not an option for me
