Is this an early symptom of pregnancy

The past week been waking up with a sick stomach feeling and through out the day feeling nauseous with added gas from both ends?? My diet hasn't  changed, so I'm mostly confused- my period isn't coming for another 10 days..am I just freaking myself out..is it too soon to tell if anything?
