Do you think being stressed out has anything to do with you not getting pregnant? What are ways you de stress? I'm in a very stressful work environment and quitting isn't something I'm able to do right now. Been ttc for 3 months and still no luck. Wondering if stress is a huge factor

My doctor says it messes with how your period regulate and how your ovulation regulates making it harder to get pregnant. Baby dust ✨✨✨

Stress can definitely affect anything in your body but remember it takes the average healthy couple a year to conceive. Baby dust!

I used to work at a very stressful environment and also I stressed about ttc every month. I would cry, take tests non stop, do a lot of research on google. I stopped for two months and thats when I got pregnant! After trying for one year! I didn't even log anything or wasn't counting days. I just enjoyed life! I was depressed for sooo long thinking I was never going to be able to be a mom but it happened as soon as I stopped stressing!
