when&how do you plan to tell family!?

I know my family is going to be over the moon excited to hear we are expecting to so I'm not worried but for some reason I get nervous thinking of how and when to tell everyone! I want to tell the right people first...Like parents, then siblings then grandparents then family then friends etc. also thinking of telling everyone around Christmas at once! Lol what are some of your announcement plans!?
