What could be wrong

Im so cold and its 80 degrees in my house. Wth could be wrong. My nose is running like crazy. But when I get under the covers I get extremely hot. So I decided to strip down to my panties and bra and socks now under my blanket shivering. I don't know what to do. I have been really sick with morning sickness the entire pregnancy now this. My appointment is until the mid of next month. Has this happened to anyone else?
