Early signs of pregnancy?

I am due af 25/11.. on my ovulation my breasts hurt like hell and were swollen.. I ovulated on sunday.. today only my nipples are hurting and I feel my stomach like nauseous I don't know.. (I rarely feel nauseous like never).. could this be early symptoms?
