¿Maybe Baby?

I have recently posted about how I think I'm pregnant with my exs baby. You can see in the picture on my last post that the test is faintly positive(11dpo), it was an .88 test. However, I bought some frer and they both came back clearly negative (13dpo). Af was due today and I've had nothing but thick white milky discharge all day. I'm still very nauseated through out the day, boobs are a little tender not much tho, and many many mannnnny twinges in my very lower abdomen, feels almost like tugging and pulling from the inside. My question is, could I still be pregnant? After one faint positive and two negative with all of these symptoms and no sign of af? Please help, I haven't told my new man yet bc I don't want him to freak out, but I'm tired of going thru this on my own!
