can somebody please help me?

So my cycle is all messed up and I thought I got a faint positive on Tuesday. Went to the doctor on Wednesday and they did a urine test, said it was negative. We did blood work and today (Thursday) they said my HCG levels were 5. My feet are swelling, I've been tired, headaches, nausea, lower back pain, everything and af has still not come, just a small amount of brown spotting. I'm convinced I am pregnant. Is it still possible? Is it possible I'm just still early? I'm really hoping so. Any insight is appreciated!
