digestive problem?

I haven't been able to poop in over a week, even though I have the urge to go, and now I'm vomiting.. what's wrong with me?

I know no one wants to hear this but look at what you're eating. Does your diet consist of mostly animal products? (Meat, dairy, eggs) or whole plant based foods(fruit, vegetables, starches)? The more fiber in your diet, the more normal your digestive system will be. Go speak with your doctor as well.

I always have the same problem but since I've been drinking aloe vera juice it has gotten much better. The best thing is that it's not like laxatives that give you very bad cramps or diarrhea. Lol tmi

Could be a digestive problem. Or you could have a virus. You might want to see a gastroenterologist if you don't feel better soon
