This post may seem really silly, but I'm honestly just curious what people think about this situation! My SO's friend is engaged to a girl and today I found out that she plans on naming her son Camden, which is also what I plan on naming my son! HOWEVER, neither of us are pregnant at the moment! I know that they've been trying for a while with no luck and my SO and I have just started trying. It's funny that we both like the same name but I didn't mention that it is what I'd like to name my son as well. If I happen to conceive and have a son before she does can I name him that? The guys are close friends so I'm sure we'll always know eachother and I don't want our children to have the same names, but I also don't want to change it because of the story behind why I've chosen it. But then I also don't want her to feel like I've "stolen" her name idea! Again, I know this sounds so ridiculous but I'm just wondering if there's any common courtesy to something like this.
